Below you will find a brief description of the ordering process.
Step 1: The product page
When you have found the right product and are ready to order it, click the “Add to cart” button. The product is added to the shopping cart.

The shopping cart will now appear. There are now two options. Option 1: continue shopping. You do this by clicking next to the shopping cart on the product page. The shopping cart will move away from the screen and you can continue shopping. Option 2: to checkout. To do this, click on the “Checkout” button.
Step 3: Checkout
Now you come to the checkout page. Here you must enter your shipping and policy details. In addition, you must upload a pdf of the doctor’s script for the compression stockings (for our team to verify you are eligible and have chosen the correct stockings), and complete a contra-indications form (to ensure the stockings are safe for you).
Step 4. Send
Choose your preferred shipping method.
Step 5. The order has been placed
You have now completed your order. You will quickly receive an email stating ‘order pending approval’, along with an order reference number and video links on how to don/doff your stockings. Once our Certified Athletic Therapists have verified your purchase, you will receive another email confirming ‘order approved’ and your items will be shipped.
